Reading

In Sunflowers, we have been reading Flat Stanley. We made our own Flat Stanleys for Miss Stonehewer to put on display however our Flat Stanleys escaped and posted themselves to our houses!

History

In Sunflowers, we have been learning all about the Great Fire of London. We have been creating artwork for this where we have used tissue paper to create a flame effect before adding buildings.

Halloween

We enjoyed creating our own silhouette art for Halloween. We used a range of different colours to give it a spooky feel.

Fine Motor Skills

In Sunflowers, we have been practising our cutting skills. We then used this skill to cut up pieces of a picture and try to put the pieces together. Some of the pictures were a little tricky but we didn't give up.
